About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Caesars New Orleans. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring proper credit is received and accurate information is established
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times and resolve guest complaints
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
  • Utilize computer software and hardware to efficiently manage guest information and transactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required; some college or college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a service industry, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to comprehend and speak English to understand and respond to information and address advanced guest requests
  • Knowledge of additional language(s) preferred
