- Strong understanding of machine learning, automation, and technology-driven marketing solutions, with experience integrating these into large-scale marketing operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and inspire large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with a track record of using data to inform strategy, optimize performance, and drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the travel industry or a similarly fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced online environment.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $296,000 to $415,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $474,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
