Job Title: Vice President of Marketing and Growth Operations

Zenoti is a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the beauty and wellness industry. We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing and Growth Operations to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Marketing and Growth Operations will be responsible for leading our marketing operations functions, including processes, marketing systems, workflow, SLAs, reporting, email, and database management. This role will also oversee system administration, including security, system integration, user guidelines, and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a strategy for marketing measurement, dashboards/analytics, and attribution.
  2. Lead the campaign execution process, working closely with marketing programs and performance teams to define optimal execution strategies.
  3. Collaborate with sales development leadership to identify and implement process improvements, enhance productivity, and optimize lead routing, SLAs, and tools.
  4. Build a cutting-edge Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine that educates prospects, streamlines their buying journey, and facilitates seamless purchasing and onboarding experiences.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in B2B software marketing and/or revenue operations, preferably in high-growth environments.
  2. Technical degree in economics, engineering, statistics, or related fields is preferred.
  3. Proven track record of leading highly sophisticated, scalable marketing and revenue operations, with expertise in technology environments and systems integrations.
  4. Advanced Excel/Sheets skills required.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a 'test and learn' mindset.
  6. Driven by achieving revenue outcomes with a passion for 'making the number.'
  7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  8. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering business results in a fast-paced environment.
