Job Title: Government Contract Personnel Security Assistant/Help Desk Support

Job Summary:

Protection Strategies Inc. (PSI) is seeking a highly skilled Personnel Security Assistant/Help Desk Support to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in safeguarding critical assets and supporting federal partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with e-QIP requests and respond to incoming inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit case material for tracking and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support for federal partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years of directly related experience in personnel security functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
