Job Responsibilities:


We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Estimator Product Engineer to play a pivotal role in the Manufacturing sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified individual to take on a significant position within our organization.

The successful candidate will lead product innovation, design, and evaluation, leveraging their expertise to elevate our product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Estimator Product Engineer, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing the product development lifecycle from initial concept to market introduction, ensuring all products adhere to our stringent quality, cost, and innovation standards.
  • Designing and engineering product solutions that not only fulfill customer requirements but also strengthen our competitive edge.
  • Conducting thorough product evaluations to guarantee functionality, durability, and safety, which involves developing testing protocols, executing tests, analyzing outcomes, and implementing necessary modifications.
  • Preparing comprehensive cost estimates for product manufacturing, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
  • Collaborating closely with various departments such as sales, marketing, and production to ensure products are designed and manufactured to meet customer expectations and corporate goals.
  • Continuously assessing industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to inform our product development approach.
  • Providing technical mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Estimator Product Engineer position should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product development, design, and testing within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating precise cost estimates for product manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles and manufacturing methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating within a team and conveying complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
  • A commitment to ongoing education and staying informed about the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • An analytical approach, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
  • The capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks according to business needs.
