**Qualifications:**

  • Capability to interpret blueprints and system schematics.
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
**Education and Experience:**
  • At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and facilities management.
  • Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead maintenance technicians.
  • Experience in driving preventive maintenance and repair activities in a metal fabrication and assembly setting.
  • Familiarity with PLC and equipment control systems is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Lean Manufacturing, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
**Salary:** $120,000 - $131,000 per year
