Job Responsibilities:


We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Estimator Product Engineer to play a vital role in our manufacturing division.

This position offers an exciting chance for a talented individual to take on significant responsibilities within our organization.

The successful candidate will lead product development, design, and testing initiatives, leveraging their expertise to elevate our product offerings.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Estimator Product Engineer, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing the product development lifecycle from initial concept to final launch, ensuring all products adhere to our rigorous standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and innovation.
  • Engineering product solutions that not only fulfill customer requirements but also strengthen our competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Conducting thorough product testing to validate functionality, durability, and safety, which involves developing test plans, executing tests, analyzing outcomes, and implementing necessary modifications.
  • Generating comprehensive cost estimates for product manufacturing, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
  • Collaborating closely with various departments such as sales, marketing, and production to ensure products are designed and manufactured to align with customer expectations and company goals.
  • Continuously assessing industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to inform our product development strategy.
  • Providing technical mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Estimator Product Engineer position should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, design, and testing within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in producing accurate cost estimates for product manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles and manufacturing methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating within a team and conveying complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • An analytical approach, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
