Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential office support services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the office. This includes:
- Effective communication with other departments through verbal and written correspondence.
- Operating the telephone switchboard, handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Organizing and distributing branch mail.
- Assisting with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Above-average communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to organize and interpret data.
- Capacity to handle multiple assignments.
