We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Nashville, TN market. The successful candidate will provide administrative and community management support to our division, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to division community managers and the division as a whole
  • Assist with general office duties, including accounting, customer service, and document management
  • Prepare and provide reports, meeting materials, and other documents as needed
  • Support account setups and onboarding processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers with inquiries and requests
Requirements
  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Professional, organized, and self-motivated individual
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
