We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our team as Senior Manager of Government Sector Growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and establish ManTech as a leader in the market. With at least 10 years of experience in federal civilian marketing, technology marketing, and government contracting, you will create and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, manage outside vendors, and establish consultative relationships with program subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in developing and implementing marketing plans that drive results, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for leveraging digital technology to expand the reach of company messaging. As a key member of our marketing team, you will contribute to the development, execution, and measurement of marketing and brand strategy for our federal civilian sector agencies.

This role will be based in our headquarters office in Herndon, VA, and will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. While aligning to the sales/growth/strategic needs of the Growth Vice President, you will also contribute to special projects and support the development of high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns for the Federal Civilian Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Create and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage outside vendors and marketing agencies
  • Establish consultative relationships with program subject matter experts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field) and at least 10 years of related experience
  • Experience in federal civilian marketing, technology marketing, government contracting market, and business-to-government (B2G) or business-to-business (B2B) marketing
  • Strong writing, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year
