The Manchester Housing Authority is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time position as an Administrative Housing Coordinator. This role involves providing administrative support to the housing team, answering phone calls and emails, and processing applications for the Community Home Assistance Program (CHAMP).

Key responsibilities include managing office duties, receiving and processing mail, and making data entries. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks is also necessary. The selected applicant must be able to work independently, handle confidential materials, and pass a CORI check.

This part-time position is approximately 18 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate between $20 and $22. The rate will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
