Key Responsibilities
  • Support line leaders in driving plant performance and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Coach, support, influence, and enable customer groups, including team members and leaders, to effectively deliver their people plans.
  • Contribute to and support the accomplishment of company objectives in a matrix structure.
  • Participate in HR projects that impact the entire facility and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead generalist duties in areas such as performance management, OJT, training, talent acquisition, new employee orientation, benefits, compensation, attendance, etc.
  • Embed engagement, safety, and a performance management culture within the business area to drive business improvement.
  • Drive, influence, advise, and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence to leverage resources and support company-wide initiatives and processes.
  • Provide feedback to HR team members on implementation and utilization of tools to ensure flawless execution of HR initiatives.
  • Lead projects that support plant and Supply Chain initiatives to enhance HR processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of increasing generalist responsibility within Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects.
