Job Summary

The Accounts Support Manager plays a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across the organization. This role will be responsible for providing consultative services to internal and external customers, answering queries within 24 hours, and reviewing customer issues to minimize problem recurrence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide consultative services to internal and external customers, including answering queries and resolving issues
* Review customer issues to minimize problem recurrence and identify opportunities for growth
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a product sales role
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build relationships quickly and establish credibility with customers and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Working Conditions

This role will be performed in a typical office environment, with occasional travel required for training and support. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
