Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and participate in daily clinic preparation, including patient identification, patient check in/out, charge posting, cash management, and patient appointment scheduling.
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including registration, account set-up, and demographic information.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in a related field or three years of experience in an office/customer service environment.
* Successful completion of medical terminology course within one year of start date.
* Previous public contact position, basic computer skills, and experience using fax machine, copier, and other general office equipment.
* Strong communication skills, ability to observe high standards of confidentiality, and ability to prioritize and complete tasks under stressful conditions.
