Position Overview

AECOM is looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop analytical and design capabilities.
  • Execute engineering designs under the guidance of seasoned engineers.
  • Produce designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and final working drawings with supervision.
  • Gather and assess data while utilizing software tools to address fundamental engineering challenges.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with established budgets and timelines under supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on transportation design.
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microstation is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in various aspects of highway design.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification.

Additional Information

Relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available for this position. Compensation will be determined based on location and individual qualifications, with an expected range of $60,000 to $90,000.
