The Role
We're seeking a full-time Team & Customer Experience Associate to support our Customer Experience Team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of Athena Club HQ. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, and excellent at prioritizing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Customer Experience Team with emails and phone calls
- Coordinate deliveries, activities, and day-to-day operations of Athena Club HQ
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments
- Manage deliveries, maintenance, and meeting preparation
- Greet and attend to visitors and guests
- Assist in new team members onboarding activities
- Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues & Team members whenever necessary
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, office administration, or similar
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and team-orientated with an ability to analyze and solve problems
- BA or BS degree
