The Role

We're seeking a full-time Team & Customer Experience Associate to support our Customer Experience Team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of Athena Club HQ. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, and excellent at prioritizing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Experience Team with emails and phone calls
  • Coordinate deliveries, activities, and day-to-day operations of Athena Club HQ
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments
  • Manage deliveries, maintenance, and meeting preparation
  • Greet and attend to visitors and guests
  • Assist in new team members onboarding activities
  • Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues & Team members whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, office administration, or similar
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and team-orientated with an ability to analyze and solve problems
  • BA or BS degree
