Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Planning and Coordination
    • Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
    • Research and recommend luxury travel options, including high-end hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, transfers, and activities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
    • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their travel expectations are met
  • Supplier Relationships
    • Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel suppliers, including hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues
    • Negotiate rates and packages to ensure the best possible value for our clients
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are in place
    • Process payments and handle client finances
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a luxury travel setting
  • Excellent knowledge of the travel industry, including luxury travel options and suppliers
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other travel industry software
