Role Overview

The NTAM product marketing role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for assigned product sets. This includes creating compelling messaging, managing investor-driven product content, and building campaigns to drive product adoption and loyalty.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will serve as a subject matter expert for assigned product sets, working closely with senior stakeholders across investments, sales, and product teams. Your ability to distill complex investment concepts into simple, compelling messages will be essential in positioning our products effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with business goals and available resources
  • Define product positioning and create messaging that resonates with various audience types
  • Manage product content across marketing channels, including videos, articles, website, and social media
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build compelling insights and content for various audiences
  • Identify opportunities to grow market share by leveraging internal and external sources
  • Lead marketing aspects of new product launches, creating go-to-market positioning and strategy
  • Assist with maintaining, updating, and distributing product-related updates across various marketing channels
  • Ensure marketing of products meets all required regulatory obligations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of financial industry experience, with a focus on asset management preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and market/client knowledge
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to prioritize issues and respond to business needs
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and navigate competing objectives
  • Working investment product knowledge and ability to apply an investor-centric lens
  • Deep understanding of the investment management industry and familiarity with US and International regulatory requirements
  • Driven, self-motivated, and high-performing mindset
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • CIMA, CFA designations a plus
