About the Role:

rEvolution Marketing is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Client Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading client finance operations, providing financial analysis, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client month-end close and monthly AR and revenue recognition review
  • Monitor and manage client billing and invoicing
  • Establish strong working relationships with Account Leads
  • Provide client financial analysis and commentary for executive meetings
  • Ensure agency compliance with client contractual guidelines
  • Instrumental in maintaining accurate working forecasts and coordinating annual budget processes
  • Maintain catalog of client-specific reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of financial experience in an advertising agency or related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Excel
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts
