Position Summary:
Our organization is seeking dedicated and driven individuals to become part of our Desktop Support team in Asheville. This role involves collaborating with our esteemed clients and managing various responsibilities related to Desktop Support, including:
- Providing comprehensive Workstation Software troubleshooting and resolution
- Handling PC Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMAC)
- Executing Image Loads
- Conducting Asset Recovery and tagging
- Offering Printer Support
- Delivering Client Center (Tech Bar) assistance
- Updating IT Service Management systems
- Performing additional Client Support tasks to ensure optimal Workstation functionality and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Desktop Support is preferred, but training will be provided for entry-level candidates
- Familiarity with PC Imaging processes
- Experience in change management and incident management
- Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Dell Technician
- Expertise in Inventory Management
Essential Requirements:
- Must be able to commute to Asheville and work onsite
- This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract stipulations
