In return, you'll own the end-to-end pipeline development process from Account Identification to Opportunity Creation.

About the Role

You will join our team as a Business Development Representative, responsible for acquiring in-depth knowledge of your prospects through research. You'll generate a qualified pipeline creatively using cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting. Confidently engaging with Director to C-Level prospects, you'll uncover relevant pain points and create interest in our platform.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of work experience, preferably in a Sales or Customer-Facing role.
  • Anticipated completion of Bachelor's degree in December 2024 or May 2025 with strong academic performance and leadership.
  • Ability to work at our office in Austin, Texas.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 per year. CaptivateIQ takes a market-based approach to pay, determining the starting base salary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant experience, education, work location, and market conditions.
