About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Director to lead our strategic pipeline generation efforts. This role requires a proven track record of building and growing high-performing SDR teams, exceeding quotas, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly inbound and outbound SDR team goals
  • Develop and maintain SDR best practices, pitches, and objection handling
  • Manage the qualification process for inbound and outbound prospects to generate qualified opportunities
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system (Salesforce)
Requirements
  • 4+ years of leading and managing sales development teams in high-growth companies
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce and other tools such as Outreach, Hubspot, Chilipiper, Chorus, and other sales tools
  • Track record of meeting and/or exceeding individual and team goals
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and innovative company.
