Automotive Sales Consultant Wanted

Requirements:
  • New or Used Car sales experience a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and others
  • Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close
  • Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
  • Must have a valid and clean NY state driver's license
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Experience using a CRM- Preferably CDK

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers with vehicle selection and promoting model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies.

You will conduct vehicle test drives, negotiate sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion, and help facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements. You will also maintain accurate sales documentation, maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions, and attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 per year.
