About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at ESO. As a Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex software subscription and license agreements with customers, partners, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and Negotiate Agreements: Develop and negotiate a broad range of customer agreements, including SaaS subscription, software license, support services, and business associate agreements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with sales, finance, product, and other internal stakeholders to negotiate and close commercial contracts while ensuring the terms comply with corporate directives, policies, and procedures.
  • Risk Management and Innovation: Understand the Company and products to identify risks, develop innovative solutions, mitigation, and negotiation strategies, and build out language libraries and special contract terms.
  • Process Improvement: Provide input on process and contract management systems improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two or more years' experience negotiating software (or SaaS) agreements or in a prior contract administrative role (preferably in Healthcare).
  • Education: Associates and/or Bachelor's degree.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiator with the ability to see issues from multiple perspectives, clear communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead phone conversations.
  • Personal Qualities: Passionate about learning, highly motivated, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a high level of integrity with attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate Degree: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited US law school.
  • Salesforce Experience: Experience with Salesforce.
  • DocuSign Experience: Experience with DocuSign.
  • Healthcare Industry Experience: Experience in the Healthcare Industry.
