About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our global Commercial Legal team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts in support of our Enterprise sales, Canva for Education, and Procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with customers, partners, and vendors to ensure compliance with Canva policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information to address any concerns related to contract terms.
  • Maintain a database of contracts, including key terms and obligations.
  • Provide feedback to the team on potential improvements to templates and processes to increase efficacy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience negotiating SaaS agreements at a high-volume in support of a sales team and experience reviewing vendor agreements.
  • Experience using Ironclad, including its repository functionality for term tracking.
  • Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively set and balance expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collegial attitude.
