Contract Manager Opportunity

Solomon Page is seeking a skilled Contract Manager to partner with a leading construction brand. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry, and demonstrate expertise in the end-to-end contract creation and management process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify contract needs and develop strategies
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors and clients
  • Analyze and mitigate contract risks
  • Develop and maintain contract templates and policies
  • Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contracts management
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign
