Job Overview

ConAm Management Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community in Portland, OR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the overall quality of the community, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident retention.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
  • Supervise and train a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive community experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community.
  • Proven track record of success in increasing revenue and reducing expenses.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Yardi and/or MRI software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
