Position Summary:

The B2B Event Management Lead will work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing. The primary focus of this role is to oversee the logistics and execution of company-sponsored conferences and trade shows. As the main liaison for events, venues, and vendors, you will ensure that all event requirements and specifications are met with precision. This position provides an opportunity to express your creativity by designing and implementing targeted programs that enhance brand visibility at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, schedule, and recommend various conferences and events.
  • Take ownership of the planning and execution of all event-related activities.
  • Coordinate internal resources, external vendors, and all event logistics with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of events, including sponsorship opportunities, vendor management, attendee facilitation, registration tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee event registrations, invoicing, payment schedules, and maintain an events calendar.
  • Manage the company’s trade show materials, including booth displays and promotional items, ensuring proper inventory and logistics for events.
  • Additional duties may involve organizing event timelines, vendor coordination, session management, and fulfilling trade show sponsorship commitments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event management.
  • Proven track record in all facets of event coordination.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with event stakeholders and vendors.
  • Excellent time management skills with a consistent record of meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
