Job Title: Sr Demand Generation Manager

This role is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base through strategic demand generation initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated national campaigns to reach targeted personas and drive pipeline creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute co-demand gen programs with partners, including managing marketing development funds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive vision for campaigns and manage prospects and customers through the buyer's journey.
  • Build campaigns through owning some channels and collaborating with channel owners across externally focused lead generation efforts in SEO, SEM, remarketing, content syndication, events, and paid advertising.
  • Incorporate buyer's journey and content strategy into lead nurture campaigns.
  • Plan and manage webinars as part of the integrated campaign strategy.
  • Run programs to deliver consistent flow of marketing and sales qualified leads.
  • Collaborate across sales and marketing on ABM strategies to drive business with specific accounts.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and enhance marketing automation understanding across the business.
  • Provide reports and monitor the health of the marketing channel mix using key KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing and demand generation.
  • Clear understanding of inbound and targeted outbound marketing.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills and ability to analyze quantitative data.
  • Budget management experience and financial analysis ability.
  • Demonstrated results in hitting targets and improving funnel close and conversion ratios.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo.
  • Experience with ideal customer segmentation and targeting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Experience with ABM techniques and tools.

Benefits are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

Base Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000. Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
