Job Overview

Position Summary:

Anytime Fitness Alpharetta is in search of a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to enhance our outreach and member engagement strategies.

This part-time role will be pivotal in designing, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives aimed at boosting member acquisition, retention, and overall engagement.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the franchise owner to formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our brand and attract prospective members.


Compensation & Benefits:


This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $25, commensurate with experience. Compensation will be disbursed biweekly, with opportunities for performance-based commissions. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will enjoy gym access for personal workouts and discounts on merchandise and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the franchise owner to develop a marketing plan that aligns with the gym's objectives and brand identity.
  • Generate and oversee social media content, including posts, advertisements, and promotions to elevate brand visibility and drive membership growth.
  • Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to promote the gym and foster community engagement.
  • Organize and implement events and promotions to attract new members and maintain engagement with existing ones.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities within the fitness sector.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative ideas and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures align with financial goals and yield positive returns.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Anytime Fitness, actively promoting the gym within the community.
  • Assist with additional tasks as necessary to support overarching business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the fitness industry or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
