Overview

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring that all client inquiries and requests are addressed with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy, reflecting the esteemed reputation of Phoebe Health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the attendance and punctuality standards set by the organization.
  • Execute all job functions in alignment with the core values, mission, and vision of Phoebe Health.
  • Engage in continuous self-education and attend relevant training programs to maintain up-to-date knowledge in your area of responsibility.
  • Participate in staff meetings and complete mandatory training and competency evaluations in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit proficiency in delivering care to all patients, considering their unique needs based on age, gender, and other factors.

Work Environment

The role is primarily conducted in a well-lit, climate-controlled setting with moderate noise levels. However, exposure to higher noise levels and bright lighting may occur, along with potential contact with hazardous substances or infectious materials.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Associate Degree in a related field (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in Healthcare Account Representation, Customer Service, or Telecommunications (Preferred)
  • 0-1 year in Medical Terminology (Preferred)

Certifications:

CPAR Certification must be obtained within 20 months of hire.
