Position Overview:

As the Project Installation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing installation projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively. Your technical skills will be essential in providing on-site support, and you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality standards and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage installation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Create and oversee detailed project plans, addressing scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project teams, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, budgets, and reports.
  • Facilitate project review meetings and provide constructive feedback.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Keep accurate records of services provided and recommendations made.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to exceed their expectations.

Specific Duties:

  • Ensure all tasks are completed, regardless of individual ownership.
  • Submit all relevant requests through designated platforms.
  • Review quotes for accuracy before processing orders.
  • Minimize installation hours required for each project.
  • Assist with regional inventory management.
  • Monitor installation feedback and performance metrics.
  • Lead regular equipment coordination calls.
  • Support the hiring and training of installation staff.
  • Coordinate assistance from other regions for larger projects.
  • Request necessary authorizations from manufacturers.
  • Manage team additions to project management platforms.
  • Schedule installations with all relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with logistics to resolve any operational issues.
