Position Overview - Construction Project Leader


Become an integral part of our team at Atlantic Group as a Construction Project Leader, where you will be responsible for managing the effective delivery of commercial construction initiatives.

This role provides a unique chance to engage with a variety of projects and work alongside dedicated teams to uphold standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency throughout all phases of construction.


Work Environment:
Onsite in Fulton County, GA

Salary Range:
$150,000 - $200,000, plus bonuses

Key Responsibilities of the Construction Project Leader include:
Assist project teams during both preconstruction and execution stages.

Support the lead superintendent in managing field operations, scheduling, subcontractor interactions, and quality assurance.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and organizational standards on job sites.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address challenges and minimize risks.

Track project advancement, identify potential setbacks, and implement necessary corrective measures.

Conduct frequent site evaluations to assess work quality and compliance with project specifications.

Encourage a positive and collaborative work atmosphere to enhance teamwork and project outcomes.

Qualifications for the Construction Project Leader include:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction projects valued over $30 million (with degree).

A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction projects valued over $30 million (without degree).

Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.

In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
