Position Overview:

The Installation Project Manager will take the lead in directing and managing installation projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish. This role requires a blend of leadership and technical skills to provide field support effectively. The Project Manager is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial parameters.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Ensure all tasks are completed, regardless of individual ownership.
  • Submit site check, installation, and follow-up requests through designated platforms.
  • Review quotes for accuracy before ordering and verify all order confirmations.
  • Minimize installation hours required for projects.
  • Assist in regional inventory completion.
  • Monitor installation survey feedback and scores.
  • Lead weekly equipment discussions.
  • Support the Field Service Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and training installation staff.
  • Coordinate assistance from other regions for large-scale installations.
  • Request return authorizations from manufacturers as needed.
  • Add relevant personnel to project management platforms.
  • Schedule installations with clients, contractors, and IT providers.
  • Collaborate with logistics to resolve any issues with third-party logistics or equipment handlers.
