**NOTE: THIS ROLE MAY INVOLVE UP TO 50% TRAVEL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the installation and removal of AV/Telepresence systems.
  • Lead a team of AV Technicians during installation projects.
  • Configure endpoints and supporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct room audits to ensure optimal technology performance.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to prepare equipment and rooms for use.
  • Identify defective or malfunctioning equipment and propose solutions.
  • Complete post-installation assessments.
  • Conduct on-site User Acceptance Testing.
  • Install software updates as necessary.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for technical issues, providing solutions for ongoing faults.
  • Collaborate with the EOS team to deliver AV solutions and services on-site, interfacing with clients according to their requirements and service level agreements.
  • Maintain communication with the management team regarding assignments throughout the day.
  • Provide project reporting and updates.
  • Document and report hardware failures, managing Break/Fix and RMA requests as needed.
  • Supervise and assist with rack building processes.
  • Travel to client sites nationally as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience leading teams of AV Technicians or Engineers.
  • Experience in terminating, configuring, and programming equipment such as Extron, Cisco, Crestron, and/or AMX.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans to ensure accurate execution and necessary configurations.
  • Demonstrated experience in AV/VC integrations.
  • Exhibit agility and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Responsive and efficient with excellent customer interaction skills, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
  • Possess a problem-solving mindset, viewing challenging technical issues as intriguing opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, able to think independently and self-motivate.
  • Engaged in ongoing technical development.
  • Willing and able to travel globally as required.
  • Reliable and responsible, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in work hours to meet customer needs.
