About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing market share through effective sales calls, relationship-building, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly sales targets and budgets for assigned locations
  • Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development and prospecting
  • Conduct effective sales calls to identify and meet the needs of referral communities and clearly communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group
  • Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive growth and focus on the needs and expectations of referral communities and patients
  • Manage sales administration duties, including Playmaker, CRM, and expense entry compliance
  • Be a good steward of company resources by projecting a return on investment and managing to a sales and marketing expense budget
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
