The Ladders is seeking a dedicated Field Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires individuals who can obtain base access as we operate on various military installations. A thorough background check and drug screening will be part of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities

This role will involve approximately 75% fieldwork, overseeing and assisting with various projects, and 25% administrative duties, including preparing estimates.

Qualifications

Salary

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000

Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
