Job Description

IT Concepts is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal operation of our computer systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and equipment
  • Perform routine system administration tasks, including logging data in system admin logs
  • Assist in delivering both remote and desk-side technical support
  • Monitor open tickets in our customer incident ticketing system to ensure adherence to business processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
  • Experience in conducting routine system administration tasks and logging data in system admin logs
  • Knowledge of debugging protocols and processes
  • Adept knowledge in IT principles and practices, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and a basic understanding of system administration in a Windows environment
Clearance Requirement:
  • US Citizen or Green card holder
  • Willing and able to get a Public Trust Suitability clearance
