Customer Engineer

As a Customer Engineer at Lumenis, you will be responsible for performing on-site installations, servicing, and repairs of complex Laser and light-based Medical equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installations, servicing, and repairs of Laser and light-based Medical equipment
Instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of the system
Serve as a company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
Requirements:
Experience in analog and digital electronic circuitry
Experience with lasers and optics is a plus
AS/BS degree in electronics or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic system troubleshooting
Good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers
