Position Summary:
We are seeking two experienced Senior Executive Administrative Assistants to provide high-level administrative support to our Capital Markets division. These roles are crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our leadership team and require a candidate who is adept at managing multiple tasks across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Capital Markets leadership and team members.
2. Manage complex scheduling for multiple executives, demonstrating proficiency in handling various time zones.
3. Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation services.
4. Process expense reports for team members, ensuring adherence to company policies.
5. Oversee office management tasks such as mail collection, visitor reception, and supply ordering.
6. Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and communication management.
7. Plan corporate events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
8. Assist with onboarding processes and general operational tasks as needed.
9. Implement emergency procedures for team safety and well-being.
10. Undertake additional assignments as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory and project management experience is preferred.
• Strong background in supporting Capital Markets functions, including investment banking and sales & trading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems creatively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
