Your exceptional organizational and communication abilities will play a vital role in supporting senior executives and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the executive's calendar, manage appointments, and arrange travel logistics while efficiently navigating various time zones.
  • Filter and manage communications, including phone calls and emails, on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize both international and domestic meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Document meeting minutes and create comprehensive reports and presentations.
