Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new hire orientations and coordinate company events.
  • Provide administrative support to the EHSS Manager, including user updates and record-keeping.
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, and database management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this role include sitting, using hands and fingers, talking, and hearing. The employee may occasionally stand, walk, or stoop. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
