Senior Sales Enablement Technology Specialist

Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Technology Specialist to join our team in Burnsville, MN. In this role, you'll play a critical part in optimizing and utilizing sales enablement tools within Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS). You'll work closely with Sales Enablement and Enterprise Technology teams to resolve issues, execute project work, enhance requests, and maintain CRM data and field health for EBS.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for development, modification, distribution, and storage of sales enablement reports.
- Perform data quality audits to ensure accuracy of field usage and output.
- Execute internal reporting requests from EBS leaders and teams.
- Maintain data integrity within CRM tool, contact information, account and opportunity field management, etc.
- Execute initial qualification and set up of incoming RFPs for new sales, cross-sales, and renewals across product lines.
- Knowledge of sales concepts and planning strategies.
- Successful track record of supporting client and channel partner relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Comfortable providing internal training and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organization, time management and planning skills to manage multiple priorities, meet established deadlines, work under pressure, and manage diverse requests.
