Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Installation Specialist to join our team at Paladin Technologies. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong background in electronic field installation, with a focus on complex systems integration.

About the Role:

  • This position will involve leading installation teams on various projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AC/DC theory, proper hand and power tool operations, and safety procedures.
  • They will also be responsible for training apprentices, working closely with project managers, and communicating effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Project Management

As a Senior Field Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading installation teams on site, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Conducting thorough site assessments, identifying potential challenges, and developing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including project documentation, materials, and equipment logs.
Safety and Compliance

You will ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and company policies, focusing on:

  • Safe working practices, adhering to Company safety manual guidelines.
  • Proper use and maintenance of company assets, including vehicles and tools.
Training and Development

A key aspect of this role is training and mentoring junior staff members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in:

  • Electronic field installation techniques.
  • AC/DC theory applications.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in electronic field installation, preferably with a strong background in complex systems integration.
  • Power Limited Technician (PLT) certification in Minnesota or equivalent.
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining a collaborative team environment.
