Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for an innovative and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to become a vital part of our expanding team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in the formulation and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives designed to enhance brand visibility, digital interaction, and market demand for our offerings.

As part of a collaborative team in a flexible work environment, you will have the opportunity to build upon your marketing skills and expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn and the ability to juggle multiple projects across various teams to achieve key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse channels, including digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and events.
  • Support the organization and implementation of events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Manage and curate content for the company’s website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as product management and sales, to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals.
  • Utilize analytics tools to report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Create marketing collateral, including presentations, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update content libraries and shared project management resources.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing capacity.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing capabilities.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing tools is advantageous.
  • Ad agency experience is a plus but not mandatory.
