As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building, managing, and executing email marketing campaigns for a global law firm. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company and contribute to the success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and measure email marketing campaigns and landing page development
  • Build and send emails in email service platforms (Vuture-preferred) and create, edit, and post content on landing pages within a website content management system (Sitecore-preferred)
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for email list building and optimization
  • Provide email reporting, user training, and support, as well as support email policies and best practices
  • Assess and recommend strategies to increase conversion rate optimization and conduct A/B testing to improve KPIs: reduce unsubscribe rates, hard bounce, and soft bounce rates; and increase open and click-through rates
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop email and landing page content to align with brand strategy and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in an email marketing role utilizing various email service platforms (Vuture-preferred) and building landing pages within content management systems (Sitecore-preferred)
  • Ability to work within tight turnaround times while applying the highest level of quality assurance to each project
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, etc. is a plus

Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $63,156.00 USD Annual and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
