Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute training programs for retail sales associates to increase the rate of recommendation and brand loyalty.
  • Establish and build strong relationships with store personnel to ensure effective merchandising compliance and increased presence in-store.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, training, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and increasing brand loyalty.
  • Strong presentation, training, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a territory and travel within a designated market.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
