Embark on Boeing's Finance Leadership Development Program

Boeing, a global leader in aerospace innovation, is on the lookout for emerging finance talent to participate in its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). This comprehensive rotational initiative spans two years, providing participants with invaluable hands-on experience across Boeing's various U.S. operational facilities. Throughout the program, participants will undergo four rotations, each lasting six months, aimed at honing their financial acumen while gaining insights into diverse business sectors, including liquidity management, cost analysis, accounting standards, and more.

During their journey, participants will benefit from mentorship by seasoned Finance executives, partake in training sessions led by industry specialists, and cultivate meaningful connections within the organization. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into finance positions that align with their career goals and geographical preferences, taking into account their performance and the organization's requirements across all U.S. locations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business-Related Discipline
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.5
  • Relevant work or volunteer experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar fields
