Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to gather insights and validate hypotheses
  • Develop interaction models and user flows
  • Create and maintain wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Design responsive web applications using industry-standard design principles
  • Leverage design tokens and design systems to achieve consistency across portfolio applications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of successful digital product design experience using UX best practices
  • Highly skilled in using Figma design software
  • Significant experience building and maintaining design systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to simplify complex user interactions and navigation
  • Strategic design thinker

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a design or human factors related program
