Embark on a Journey with Boeing's Finance Leadership Development Program

Boeing, a leader in the aerospace industry, is on the lookout for aspiring finance professionals to participate in its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). This comprehensive rotational initiative spans two years, allowing participants to enhance their careers through practical experience at Boeing's various U.S. facilities. Participants will undertake four rotations, each lasting six months, aimed at cultivating essential financial competencies while gaining insights into diverse business sectors, including cash flow management, cost analysis, accounting standards, and more.

During the program, participants will benefit from mentorship provided by seasoned Finance executives, partake in training sessions led by industry specialists, and forge meaningful connections within the company. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into finance positions that align with their career goals and geographic preferences, taking into account their performance and the organization's requirements across all U.S. locations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business-Related Discipline
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.5
  • Relevant work or volunteer experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar fields
